This market leader is currently seeking an experienced Call Centre manager to join their team. They are always looking for new ways to help customers and the central sales team enable just this. Duties will include:

  • Lead and manage a team to achieve their personal and business goals
  • Provide coaching and support through regular observations
  • Help upskill individuals to confidently deliver the right outcome for our customers
  • Encourage individuals to nurture and help our customers throughout their journey
  • Carry out regular business review meetings with all individuals in the team
  • Implement and manage development and action plans with individuals
  • Support and encourage good working relationships with all other areas of the business
  • Deliver to targets and expectations
  • Present and discuss ideas and suggestions to improve the business with line manager
  • Regular support and 1:1 meetings with the team to monitor performance and business quality
  • Motivate the team to achieve great results
  • Liaising with your line manager to ensure maximisation of opportunities
  • Be responsible for own business productivity
  • Attend regular meetings and work closely with line manager to achieve business plan
  • Passion for Self-Development and a thirst for knowledge

Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £30,000 per annum OTE £50,000 (uncapped)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm (with occasional evening observations)
