Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £Competitive plus £400 additional commission per month for the first 4 months

On Target Earnings: £25,000-£30,000 plus

Location: Rochester, Medway

Work Pattern: 39.75 hours per week- Monday 08.30 -17.30, Tuesday 08.30 – 17.30, Wednesday 08.30 -19.00, Thursday 08.30 -17.15, Friday 08.30 – 16.00 (but happy to discuss some flexibility here) – 1 Saturday per month required with a day off in the week – 1 hour for lunch

We need motivated and driven sales people to help secure appointments for our Mortgage Advisors within our estate agency offices and in our direct sales team.

What will you do every day?

• Contact and build great relationships with clients from varying warm leads (re-mortgage, lettings, branch and internet)
• Book in quality appointments resulting in additional mortgage & protection business for the company
• Meet and exceed targets relating to appointments and mortgage sign ups
• Liaise with Mortgage Advisors to book clients in for general Mortgage reviews
• Maintain a compliant service in line with the necessary authorities’ requirements
• Update records using our computer software
• Work with your colleagues in Direct Sales to boost business
