Our Story

We are passionate about recruitment, and it shows in everything we do. 

Founded in 2005 by Julia Mccreedy, her vision was simple – create an agency that provides a bespoke service at an affordable rate. With a background within a large corporate agency, she set out her vision of what a successful agency should be doing, and how to do it.  

Starting with a single client, Julia understood the challenges faced by organisation’s when dealing with recruitment agencies and created a brand that stood out.  She created an agency that worked with companies to help tired and frustrated hiring managers to make the recruitment process as easy and straight forward as possible. 

Things have certainly changed since 2005, but our core values have stayed the same. Our ability to match the best candidates to vacancies, whilst keeping the bespoke nature of what we do, has helped us to become the valued and trusted recruitment partner for many of our clients.

Our Fees

 We provide a bespoke service to each of our clients throughout the UK, ensuring we deliver an exceptional service at a fixed cost. We charge a fixed fee of just £1500 per permanent placement (regardless of salary), with nothing to pay until a candidate starts work.  Plus, a dedicated Account Manager will work with you to ensure you hire the best candidates for every vacancy.
